McLEAN, Va. (AP) — A Virginia teenager is fighting efforts by police who want to take photos of him in a sexually aroused state to try to prove a sexting case against him.
Prosecutors in Prince William County told a judge they need photos of the 17-year-old’s erect penis to compare against photos he is accused of sending to his 15-year-old girlfriend at the time. The teen has been charged in juvenile court with possessing and manufacturing child pornography related to the images of himself he’s accused of creating. Full Article
so should these idiots be charged with forcibly arousing this human being? Then shold they be required to register? It sounds like the person masterminding this sick experiment is a deviant and should be put under public scrutiny – for life.

Okay, I think this is the most insane thing I’ve ever heard of. I can’t imagine this will actually happen. No sane person (especially any Dr.) would participate in injecting the medication or the taking of these photos. Although these days, I could be proved wrong.
Yeah…. that would be insane. About as insane as telling an 80-year old man he cannot attend a family picnic in a public park because he had a 16 year old girlfriend 50 or 60 + years ago. That would be crazy, alright! That would never happen.

After the national uproar, the Virginia authorities have now backed off from serving this warrant.

By the way, this whole thing began when the 15 year old girl had sent nude photos of herself first. I guess this mother is just claiming sexual harassment (and in the process attempting to ruin this individual’s life) so that she can convince herself she has an innocent daughter.
I think it is reasonable for the accused to file a separate lawsuit against the investigative team and their supervisors. At the very least, the media ought to do a full investigation of the investigators and expose and exploit this to the fullest extent.
This is good work by the prosecutor? One would think there would be bigger fish to fry instead of going after a couple of teenagers doing what teenagers have always done. I wonder if the girls mother even remembers how she felt when she was 15 and changing from a girl into a young woman. I’m not sure if any amount of good or bad parenting can stop a young person from exploring their sexuality once the young person makes up their mind that this is what they want to do.
